1. Definitions

• Company: Refers to Ashumatics Visuals Pvt Ltd, located at 43/48 Nawel Kishore Road,Hazaratganj,Lucknow,Uttar Pradesh, 226001.
• Services: Any and all services provided by Ashumatics Visuals Pvt Ltd, including but not limited to solar Installations , Solar Products, Solar Consultation, and other related offerings.
• Client: Refers to the person, business, or entity requesting or utilizing the Company’s services.

2. Agreement Formation

By engaging with the Company, either by placing an order or accepting a proposal, these terms and conditions shall apply to all transactions, whether they are verbal or written. Any additional terms and conditions that apply to a specific service or product shall be agreed upon in writing.

3. Scope of Services

Ashumatics Visuals Pvt Ltd agrees to provide the services as detailed in the project proposal, contract, or service agreement. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or refuse any service not agreed upon in the signed contract.

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: Prices for services are outlined in the agreed proposal or invoice.
• Payment Schedule: A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon completion of the service or project unless otherwise agreed.
• Late Fees: Late payments may incur interest charges of 20% per month or as specified in the agreement.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Client Cancellations: If the Client cancels the service before the project starts or during Solar Installation , a cancellation fee may apply. The exact amount will be specified in the agreement.
• Company Cancellations: If Ashumatics Visuals Pvt Ltd must cancel or reschedule the service due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.
• Refund Policy:Refunds will be issued based on the terms of the service agreement. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership of Work:The Company retains the rights to any creative work (including videos, photographs, designs, etc.) until full payment has been made. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final product as agreed.
• Client Materials: The Client grants the Company the necessary rights to use their content, such as logos, trademarks, or any other intellectual property, solely for the completion of the project.

7. Confidentiality

The Company agrees to keep all Client information confidential and will not share any proprietary information with third parties unless required by law. Likewise, the Client agrees to keep any proprietary or confidential information shared by the Company during the project confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ashumatics Visuals Pvt Ltd will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. The Company’s liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to perform their obligations under these terms due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, or technical failures.

10. Amendments to Terms

Ashumatics Visuals Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.

11. Governing Law
